1.Tell me about the project you did in college about 16 years ago. Which I clearly did not remember. 2. Given an API that returns an integer when called and -1 when nothing to return, write code to sort the value returned by API (was given less than 5 mins to code).

Online coding problem - Leetcode ranks as medium (I don't want to specify the exact problem in case they want to use it again)
Questions were of good difficulty level, you have to think through the problems on the spot. The onsite questions were difficult: general dynamic programming, BFS, DFS, backtracking.
I had received a small restful api that I could run locally and had to write a CLI tool that processes information from that.
Talk about a time you had to influence people, what did you do and what was the outcome.
