She asked questions such as: Tell me about the types of patients you currently see and have experience with? Tell me where you see yourself in 5 years? How well do you work with others? Gave me some behavioral questions like: what would you do in a high stress situation or a confrontational situation. Some questions I asked: What are some of the future goals of the unit? What are some projects and quality improvement initiatives currently underway on the unit? How cohesive is the current unit?
