Describe a time when there was pushback against the feasibility of one of your designs, and how you dealt with it.
The only surprise was at the end of the day, I met with someone who was not on the team or in the UX discipline; he noted that Amazon has a team of folks who meet with recruits to help ensure a more uniform interview process across the company. He asked some very tough questions about my desire to work at Amazon and was much more probing about my answers than other folks on the team had been. Overall a positive experience though.

Design a meal planning interface that helps you select the exact amount of groceries.
Their questions are pretty dynamic based on the work you show/what you say during the app critique. I think they respect individual design talents and wouldn't normalize the candidates with standard questions.
Like any company, it is important to do a good introduction about yourself.
