I was interviewed for both manual and automation they focused on what we have actually done that is practically what you have done in your previous project some scenarios you might have faced personally or through the team . In Automation they asked basic to average selenium which in common you will use for any basic test case execution and when coming to java be sure about your basics and concepts you have used in your framework like oops concepts and Java string programs . Example-If you are using hash map concept in your framework be ready to face questions on that it can be theory concept to program level.
