They mostly wanted to know what I had done previously. One question was about what I did to get around a shortened schedule situation where I was not given enough time. They were also interested in how I developed relationships with others, both internally and externally. They liked that I made frequent eye contact and could be comfortable with them.

Have you installed z/OS? What way did you installed Service Pack, System Pack or CBPDO? Have you installed a z Systems? If yes what one? What experience do you have BC12 or EC12? What ISV products do you have experience using and installing?
Most of the questions were around my home assignment solution. The interviewers asked about every little detail in my solution.

They were all soft questions. Nothing technical. Which led me to believe they just wanted a warm body and didn't care who they got. This is not an environment that I can be successful in.
