There was nothing out of the ordinary in the interview process. Very professional and it was cool to actually meet the CEO and COO which does not happen often in interviews.

I would say the hardest question was breaking down the data around rate of hire; I was asked to break down my source of hire.
I was asked about developing and implementing a recruiting process to help them scale and double in size this year. They were very interested in knowing my experience with start-ups and ability to locate great technical talent.

They asked questions about the type of work I had previously done, as well as the roles I held. They also asked questions about who I was as a person. Culture is important to them and they want to maintain the environment of good people that they have.
