The interview was nothing technical and the interviewer asked very general questions: First he introduced himself and little bit about the QA team then following questions were asked: Why did you apply for this job What did you like about the company Your daily work schedules etc. Number of days required to join and salary expectations Two days after the interview call , got a mail from the same guy saying ‘we can't find a match for you with Blinkist right now’. I did ask the reason for rejection but he replied simply that he can’t give citing legal reasons, that was beyond understandable I don’t understand on what basis my profile was selected in the first place and then the basis of rejection too The company boast a lot in their careers page, but seems not to care about the ethics for the interviews I believe it is up to the interview liking you or not.
