The interview with the manager was more like a conversation - some expected HR questions: Tell me about yourself, what (de)motivates you, what are your strenghts/weeknesses, how do you manage stress, what is most difficult when dealing with a customer, are you ok with overtime work, how do you fell about reporting on a daily basis, do you mind software policy restrictions - no skype/youtube/chat client/etc on your PC, why do you think we should choose you.

-How would you improve a QA process if you have a lot of hot-fixes. -Which framework the most scalable would you use? -Tell me about the structure on your current project, which folders do you have? -How ofter would you perform automation tests? -How would you behave as a Senior QA in a multifunctional team? -Which tests do you like to automate? etc.
