The process began with them sending a 50-question "reasoning exam" to be completed in 15 minutes. However, the exam was more of a math test mixed with spatial questions, similar to what you might find on the GMAT or GRE.

Questions about QA process, automation, different tools& frameworks, pseudo code, people and performance management. Different interviewers covered different areas in the interview and I felt like they had good plan to evaluate a candidate rather than every one covering same areas.

They asked me about my skills and experience. They also asked me about how I would test various products and features. It was pretty much the kinds of questions I would expect for a QA position. They also gave me a short IQ test that was kind of fun.
