The interviewers were professional and asked fair, mostly behavioral questions, along with some technical and applied skill-based questions relevant to the role. It felt like a well-structured and transparent process initially. Cons: Unfortunately, the decision-making process post-final interview was disappointing. Despite the initial efficiency, it took the company over a month to provide a final decision. During this time, updates were sparse, even after multiple follow-ups via email. HR mentioned they were working on it, but more weeks passed with no clarity. Eventually, I received a rejection after this extended period, which left me feeling undervalued as a candidate.
