For the technical design discussion, rather than doing with a standard system design question, they asked me to discuss how I would thinking about building out part of the system that was related to my previous experience. It was conversational, more similar to how engineers would discuss a technical problem then a typical system design interview and gave me an idea of what it would be like to work with an engineer at Coalition.
