The 1:1 interviews were divided into five focus areas: leadership, managing growth, collaboration, execution, and an exercise (they presented a problem and I had to walk through a detailed project plan). All interview questions (aside from the exercise) were behavioral. "Give me an example of X" or "Tell me about a time when X happened"

Not really any difficult questions. Was a little tricky being unexpectedly left alone in a room with my potential future direct reports without any introduction to who they were or who I was!
