1st round: 30 minutes - Why KPMG? Why Integration and Separation? 1-2 technical M&A questions (synergies, risks etc) 2nd round: 3 hours - most of the time was spent on the case interview. Allowed 45 minutes to read through the case material and prepare answers for specific questions given to you. This was followed by a verbal question by question verbal presentation and discussion of these questions.
