The interview process was a combination of technical as well as personality/culture fit. A good balance, and they recognize individuals that may not 'know everything', but have a propensity to learn and be self-motivated. An interviewee can expect the typical technical screen questions, but also personal ones such as "What are some reasons you'd like to work for Slalom?"

Describe high level concepts of the cloud, they did not ask specific questions when I gave my best answer I asked for feedback and to know whether they accepted that answer so I could know to go into greater detail, they always responded with "that's fine", not giving me the necessary clarification needed in order to properly answer the question.
