Give me an example of when you had to face a certain obstacle and what were the results? The manager was very friendly and it was mainly conversational - she gave a lot of good, detailed information about the position so it was easy to understand what the job entailed and what was expected. I believe the one question that got me the job was my answer to her asking "What was the most important aspect or takeaway you got out of college, whether it be a skill or lesson?"
