It's very much situational questions. "Tell me about a time when" sort of things. You have to draw on your experience and creativity and be confident in who you really are.

A big chunk of the interview questions were focused on technical / software development. I got a wide range of questions including writing functions to solve algorithms on a whiteboard, explaining in depth how web/apis work and challenges/solutions for high scalability problems.
1. Covering algorithms (coding question - approximately Medium Difficulty on LeetCode). 2. Technical leadership typical questions on team, delivery etc 3. Culture fit - how you align to the culture of the org. Have a look at the website for their core values and how you fit. 4. People Leadership and fit with hiring manager. Drawing on examples of typical challenging issues when managing teams. Pretty standard and no real surprises here. Following this there is also an interview with the VP of Engineering that has no real set structure.
Questions where around leadership style, conflict resolution, team building, system design as well as successful and unsuccessful examples of driving technical innovation, managing projects or individuals within the team.
