I was not asked any work relative questions. I was asked about life in general not the portfolio cases, solutions, and work experiences. It was more fun chit-chat than an interview, which was cool, and easy but later it shows as ly back attitude to work, and politics, gossip. Obviously, there was no design challenge. None of the Agile, UX Design, Lean UX, UX Research and Design questions were answered to me during my interview. Implementing design without designing, just copy and paste including required dark patterns. Highly disappointing.
