Why do you want to work in the financial industry?
Since I was out of the industry interviewing for something a little more than what I had done, mosts question were a bit difficult. We had scenarios given to us during the group presentation piece where we had to come up with a solution - the scenario was a real situation they had encountered.
All questions were general technical questions and what would you do in a certain project situation.
Tell me about yourself, behavioral questions mostly.
What is your five year plan? How do you react under stress? Tell me about a time when you faced a difficult client, what was the situation and how did you handle it.
Describe a situation where you were able to deescalate a person.
