There were not any technical questions, as the interview was for a training program through the company. Again, it was more of a conversation to gauge fit for the organization.

Why DTCC and why did this position?
The interview format was "conversational" which I find to be an excellent way to determine if the candidate / company / culture are a good mutual fit. The conversation tended to sway toward my past experiences and how I could attribute those experiences to be successful with Genesys.
