Nothing difficult just general questions based on what we answer and it's casual process
I was asked very broad questions by a person who, it seemed, did not read the job description.
What have been your major failures in the last 5 years and what have you done about it?
Most of the questions were very general and related to the job responsibilities, which included human resources. The interview panel was very diverse with 4 people and included an outside HR professional. My only criticism is that there were too many questions so it was difficult to answer fully in the time allotted. They had about 18 questions with only one hour. Overall a very positive experience though.
