Considering I went through 4 rounds of interviews, there were many questions but none that surprised me- considering I was well prepared for the role I was applying for.
The interviews were all very conversational and "what can I tell you about the role + position" which was much appreciated.

This person would work closely with our Eastern US and Canada accounts, so they would preferably start at 7 am PST instead of 9 am. Being a customer service manager, there would also be occasions where this person may have to be on calls or dealing with client issues earlier or later than the usual working hours (given the time zone differences) - in other words, flexibility is essential.
