Most difficult question is to come up with stories about different times when I encountered different situations.
No real difficult questions. Remember the position is a lot more service than sales. The main focus after service is trying to get the customer to renew their 5 year contract! signed 1 year in advance.
Why do you want to work here? How much money did you make at other jobs? Would you be ok making a whole lot less money than other jobs?
All questions are straight forward and expected.
