You are given an equipment manual, put in front of the equipment and told to program it. They primarily deal with Lutron lighting equipment, so it's a mix of that.

The role play was the most unexpected part of the group interview.
Very Intense interview process. There is a group interview, along with a one-on-one interview. As soon as we came in, we were pretty much thrown to the wolves. Given a manual and asked to program it. I was also asked how to explain it to a customer. (which was difficult on its own as it was the first time I had seen the manual) Role play was also very intense. The one on one interview was pretty basic though, they just go over your experience and ask applicable questions in regards to the position. Then at the end of the interview they will either offer you the job, or tell you they will call you back. (which means you did not get the job)
