When was a time you went out of your way to help someone? It could be on the job or outside the job
When was a time you were put in a difficult situation and how did you handle it?

I was asked for a pun about a pig, which is a very difficult question to answer when you're not expecting.
Can you lift 40-50lbs?
The questions were not really difficult. There were situational questions (tell me a time when you...) I did not however, expect 4 interviews for an entry-level job, but I guess that is how they get the best candidates, by getting to know the applicant.
