A big chunk of the interview questions were focused on technical / software development. I got a wide range of questions including writing functions to solve algorithms on a whiteboard, explaining in depth how web/apis work and challenges/solutions for high scalability problems.
Questions where around leadership style, conflict resolution, team building, system design as well as successful and unsuccessful examples of driving technical innovation, managing projects or individuals within the team.

Going back to think about how I might have done something different with the difficult-to-manage developer. Totally reasonable interview question (I've asked similar Q's myself). Thinking for a moment or two before answering would definitely have helped me.
The questions are almost entirely based around the Amazon leadership principles. Make sure you provide clear, detailed and complete answers. Do your background work as they won't explore your skills or capability in too much detail.
