The interviewing was competency based scenario questions and after the initial phone interview which was with the hiring manager, I met a panel of people who came in, in ones and twos and then the hiring manager joined via video conference. There was no HR screening during the process.

Mostly non-technical process related questions relating to program management. how many projects handled at a time, how do you start a project? how do you work with the team? asked questions about my previous experience; the second interviewer read couple of lines written on my resume and asked to explain about those situations. Nothing that a well prepared candidate cannot answer.
