They are supposed to introduce themselves so you can know who is asking what. But you won’t get that. And if you do it online as I did, you are probably not going to hear them because everyone is busy doing something else. Some are driving, others may have lunch.. etc. On the other hand, they do it FAANG style: whiteboarding then regular questions about your role. Of course, they brought the worse thing to the table and abandon what they were supposed to adopt. The whiteboarding questions are simple: 1- remove duplicate items from an array. 2- Is not clear, they are not prepared to ask, so you get a random question. I've got a weird one. The interviewer asked me to deal with a response coming from the server and the response is a “tree” so I am not sure if they have the same technology we have or they invented their own protocol. The next part of the interview is with a person (you don’t know who they are so you are just assuming) who asked a question related to Javascript or he should have. The first question was what this acronym stands for. Then, describe the design principles/What is the clean code/How do you write clean code/Name some of NPM packages/What is webpack/What is event loop/Type of storage in the browsers. The second person wouldn't let you answer, he just kept pushing and asking, then told me he was in a hurry and when I told him just let me speak the first person interrupted me and told me in a very blunt and unprofessional way that I am here to be interviewed. Then the third person started to ask a general question, one of them was why I am interested in working with them, so dear sir if you are reading this: no one is interested in working with people who integrated her instead of interviewing her. He seemed like a nice person, maybe more professional than the others but I didn't hear him well because he was roaming, probably driving.
