Almost all rounds except the VP round focussed on system design questions and behavioral questions. The projects worked on, key design decisions taken. success and failure stories.
What is the biggest change have you witnessed in your past organisation:?

why would you like to work here what salary are you expecting what contribution are you going to make for success of the engineering department
Describe the most challenging experience in your professional career and how did you manage it?
The interview generally was a "give and take" information sharing (Intel info and my background info). There were no surprise or complex questions. They were more concerned with my specific background, and how it could be applied to their current need. Of course, there was at least the "what's your biggest weakness" question, but that was the only question that could possibly be considered "different" - but certainly not difficult or unexpected.
