I was asked my experience, what is important in leading a design team. Also talking about vision and setup of Design system. People were kind and made me comfortable. Presenting roles and expectations.
Explain the major design work you have worked on.
No concrete questions at all. After HR prescan, in the second interview, the interviewer seemed technically incompetent and just told me that he could not figure out why I was called for the interview claiming that I was irrelevant. I tried to convince him that I was capable for 45 minutes.
