Interview questions were related to the technical aspects of the job and a discussion of overall experience. It was more of a conversation than an interview. I was surprised that I didn't get the question that most employers ask concerning strength and weaknesses. It was not a canned or scripted interview at all which was nice.

They asked a lot of situational questions that took a lot of thinking. You can't use vague examples or they really push you for more.

What book have you read recently? How do you stay organized? What activities and events do you partake in when not working?
The first two interviews allow ample time for your questions and the third interview walks through your resume. Some unusual questions about who my clients were though, not something I would divulge, so I was unsure why the questions were being asked but giving their industries turned out to be enough.
They asked a lot about my previous experience, very detailed questions for jobs I was employed in 5+ years ago.
