I asked one of the interviewers, "If you could change one thing about your business strategy, what would it be?" and she was stumped and demonstrated visible irritation that I asked the questions. Perhaps that is why I never heard back?

The initial interview questions were challenging, but not impossible. Overall, I felt the interviewers asked difficult, yet meaningful questions that brought value to our conversations.
It was very conversational versus STAR format.
It surprised me that I was brought in for my interview at the same time as another candidate for the same job. We were both brought up together and at first I thought it was a group interview. That was unexpected. Then we were placed in separate rooms and I never saw him again.
