Recruiter told me that I fit the requirements of the opening and that she will arrange a call/Skype with then hiring manager. She told me that she will reach me out in a couple of days. She never came back. I sent her a couple of emails on LinkedIn to find out what is the status and she never answered my emails after one week. Even if she reach me out now I will decline the interview. Very bad impression!

At the first interview the Sales Director asked background experiential based questions as well as competency based questions. This stage was a get to know you stage, however was pivotal to moving onwards. The second interview comprised of delivering a 30, 60, 90 day presentation and then followed by questions related to that and also related to previous experience which required examples of situational selling, personal sales methodology and attitudinal related questions. This stage was thorough but well thought out.
