An experience as an security officer what I did. And you have to do a lil test for an incident report they give you a situation and you write what you would do in that situation. I believe they ask what can you bring to the table as far as being on time and things like that. Don't lie because they want all your wu2 so you may have to go to the Irs to get all your work history experience.

Group exercise-you need to discuss with other people strategies of improving railway service (4 strategies) and choose only 2. Role play -you need to deal with a passenger, who has a kid and a pushchair, you need to hand search his/her luggage and sort out overweight.
