Six STAR questions. The interview was professional and positive with these two senior managers. The problem is that you will end up working with different managers. Hence you don't know what you are getting yourself into. What happend with me after accepting the offer, I ended up working with dishonest/unprofessional/backstabbing manager that is unprofessional. It was the worst experience in my career. Needless to say, I resigned after three months of horrible experience with this manager. HR is useless, and senior manager ended up siding with this inexperienced/dishonest immediate manager of mine. Beside, the job posting is misleading. They are asking for SDET, and you end up given a Lead 's job.
