It was a discussion about my experience on various scientific deliverables and communications support and understanding their needs and my capabilities if they could fit their needs. It was a fruitful discussion with all the reviewers on technical side and was happy to know that I cleared the technical rounds. HR seem to be incapable of making an offer and negotiations, need better team to handle this otherwise you are going to lose talent. Unfortunately, I heard similar experiences from couple of my friends in the field which strengthens my opinion about this organization. Mine is not one of the cases but the general approach. It looks like the talent acquisition is trying to study the market but they are missing the fact that the word of mouth is spreading at a faster pace and they are gathering negative reviews with this approach.
