What is the most important issue facing schools?
Do you have any experience with populations/ communities dissimilar to yourself?
How would your unique approach or educational philosophy fit in with the structure and reputation of our school? In what ways would you need to change your priorities in order to be more in line with our mission?
I don't quite remember - but make sure to be up on your teaching jargon and that you have a clear personal philosophy about literacy and classroom management.
As I said above, the group interview was really odd. I get why they do it, it was just the first time I had ever done something like that. They walk around while you are in the group and take notes on your comments. You never actually interact with an Ed Pioneer person one-to-one.
Questions were all pretty canned- toughest one was probably "Describe a time when you dealt with ambiguity?"
There were no questions presented to me.
