I was flown out from DC to CA for in person day-long interview. After that, I was told by the US Principal that I would be contacted the following Friday. I NEVER heard back from the school. This is ridiculously unprofessional. Also, the overly large amount of work and sub-par pay for the position wasn’t made clear until the very end of my in-person interview process.
