1) It seems like your resume had mainly admin roles - Not sure if they have read my resume or they probably wanted to get me to justify on skills / ability to communicate with people from diverse background. 2) tell us about a time when you had to help a youth through supporting them like counselling, what happened and what did you do? 3) what would you do if you needed more time to engage the youth on his / her issue? (In a school context it would be to update the teachers and mgmt periodically as the counsellors works through with the youth) 4) Have you taken any related courses to counselling? 5) Why not be a youth or social worker? It also seemed like they had some standard answer format, so I was "corrected"
