During the interview with Partner was given a case study about distribution management between a warehouse and retailer and the problems incurred. And asked how would I solve it.
HR questions were related to your CV: education and working experience (limited as it was very junior). They explain you as well the spirit of the compagny etc... Second interview was with a manager of the risk department (one of your future boss) to ask you general questions about finance and risks (type of risks you know: market, operations, etc... which one you are interested in for your career, what changed since the financial crisis...)
Tell me about yourself and how can you value add to this role.
A take home exercise, you will have to make your own assumptions .. etc. I cannot disclose the question because I have agreed so.
