Most of them asked from my professional experience and resume. Other questions like LNA, RF Switches, Smith chart, Current Mirror, Rx block diagram, Linearity, how do you test different parameters in lab, Data analysis tools, cpk, yield analysis, failure analysis related questions etc. One of the managers asked me a puzzle question: there are three boxes with apples, oranges and apples & oranges inside. The boxes are labeled incorrectly. In how many tries you can correct the labels.

Most of the questions were related to basics of RF Testing, Smith charts, Amplifiers, Test Equipment, Modulation concepts, MATLAB & LABVIEW.
