They asked me usual questions. It is a start up so alot of questions revolves around wearing multiple hats, or how would you tackle certain issues for other areas that are not part of your daily role.
They asked fair questions. Typically what systems I used and... what experience I had in XYZ.

Why was I looking for a new position?
Excel exercises of pivot tables with large dataset, formatting pivots, vlookups, filters.
I had to run a quantitative case study (very typical for this kind of role)
What is your leadership style?
The Directors and Executive Directors will meet with you first. A few questions and then collectively they will ambush you at once and ask you how much money you make and how much you want to do the job. I was unprepared for this as it has been my experience that this is a conversation between the candidate and HR, especially for all of them to want this personal information with respect to current salary. So be prepared that they will ask. They will do this before the other Managers join the interview.
