Interview was relaxed and straight-forward.
What do you know about the products you will be selling in this position? Why do you want to leave your current organization? Why do you want to come to Novartis?
Questions were interesting. A mixture of getting to know you and also very intelligently getting a handle on how you think, how able you are to work in a matrix and how you problem solve. There were very few technical questions which surprised me. I was particularly impressed by the Program Manager's interview style (one very smart cookie!) Overall I had a very positive impression of the team and could imagine working there. Unfortunately for me another candidate was even better than I am.
