1)She told me that she will look at the CV's I downloaded; very vaguely she looked at them while I downloaded 3 relevant profiles; 2) she told me that it does'nt matter where the candidates are located; while I gave her relevant ones which were far off she told me what use. As if she wanted a candidate to be hired by me that very day. Wasted close to 3 hours of mine. If I did an awful job she should have showed me what the ideal candidate should be which she never did. For I am so sure she didn't ever find a relevant profile herself. 3)She asked me on what roles I recruited; i told her in detail the roles I was able to get hire too. 4)She kept walking around the common answer for anything I asked was give me 5 minutes for which I had to wait even for half an hour.
