I was offered Research Engineer post by Hyundai Mobis. I want to share my selection procedure. Stage 1.----Online Aptitude Test--- Online Aptitude Test - it contain two section. Section A general maths questions - upto class 10th math. Section B : Basic coding question of C++, JAVA and networking. Stage 2.---Technical Interview---- Shortlisted candidate were asked for interview. In interview they asked me about my projects and subject related to that. It was 20 minutes interview. Be very specific and direct. Please write about the projects about which you have in dept knowledge. Stage 3 ---Technical Interview 2--- I was called to hyderabad. Project Manager took my technical interview. I was asked from my subjects like SMPC -switch mode power conversion, Machines, power electronics etc. After that I was asked to explain my projects. It was 40-45 minutes interview. Stage 4 ----HR----- Basic questions were asked like tell me about your self ,why are you interested in research, about my family background. etc. 15 min at max. Stage 5 ----Technical+HR--- A senior Korean Mr. HOD took my interview. After HR there were only two people left. He took our interview. It was about 40 minute interview. He asked few questions related to practical problems. Some questions were from electronics especially from sensors and automobiles. HR questions were direct. Stage 6 ----HR----- Final round of selection process. MD of the hyundai mobis india took my interview. I am going to write few of them. What are the important skills for giving presentation ? If you are doing hard work still no one is appreciating it so, whom you are going to blame? If you are a CEO of a company and you have to choose between two candidates one with talent but with bad attitude other with normal skills with good attitude ?
