Why ATI?
Why do you want to work in this setting?
At the end of the interview I asked if there was any reason they wouldn't hire me--anything I could clear up or have a chance to discuss further. They said, "no," then never followed up. I think I may have been overqualified and didn't affirm how badly I might need the job. I didn't need the job, I just wanted the job as I knew I had a skillset (construction) and heart that would add value to the clients they were serving.

Education questions
There were no difficult questions.
what would you do if a patient started acting out or if they ran away?
The questions she asked were pretty bad. They did not have much to do with actually choosing someone to hire. They were mostly "give me an example of " type questions. One of them for example was " Tell me about a time when a co-worker asked you to do something that was wrong". It was like this should be a common thing. I guess I am just not the person a coworker goes to when asking someont to do something wrong. It is also not like anyone is going to tell a recruiter if the did do something wrong for a coworker anyway. There were several others similar to this. They were just not very good questions.
