Phone call: The main question was to talk about my previous experiences. HR interview: They asked me to introduce myself, talk about my experiences, the KPIs used, how I used my communication skills to explain a complex situation. (They asked me other questions about prioritizing tasks but I do not quite remember the questions). Follow-up questions via email: How do you handle conflicting priorities or tight deadlines in a project environment? Can you describe a time when you successfully resolved a project-related issue or conflict within a team? Describe a time when you had to adapt to changes in project scope or requirements. How did you handle it? How do you handle confidential or sensitive information in a project environment? Can you give an example of a successful project you have been involved in and your specific role in its success? Technical Interview: I don't quite remember the exact questions but they were mainly about project management. For instance, the project life cycle, Initiation phase, how to track a budget, They also asked me if I had ever used a project management software and if I had experience with Jira or any similar project management software.
