Interviewer/hiring manager gave a great summary of the position with more context that the job posting. Then asked about me and my experiences, which allowed me to tailor to the role. Interview was very conversational and we both came to the conclusion the role was not a right fit for me. We then talked about Fidelity roles in general and the hiring manager helped guide me to roles that would be better suited to what I am looking for. Overall, REALLY great experience with this Fidelity employee!
nothing much in particular, it was an easy interview process actually.
Focusses on behavioral aspects so one really cannot lie much and has to honestly respond to questions to not get caught on the wrong foot.
Having the same technical language, as for explanation as possible. Siemens might have their own technical language
