Most questions were project management related and situational. There were not any real surprises at my level of experience.
Basic stuff like; What are scrum ceremonies and their objectives? What if there are new changes after the sprint starts? Do we have to assign all tasks in the planning mtg? etc.
How do you approach dealing with bad data?
1. Tell me about a time you influenced / changed someone's mind. 2. Have you ever written a document to influence someone? 3. Tell me about a time you managed competing priorities? What did you do? What was the outcome?
