It wasn't a question, it was the design assignment where the artwork had to be reproducible /printable from 'matchbook' sized to bill board sized. Definitely required serious design consdierations.

During the interview, they ask questions such as challenges you have faced in your career and how you overcame them (STAR format), the size of teams you have led, and a discussion of your professional experience.
HR: Is the commute to this office good for you? (Important because all local employees work from the physical office location vs. telecommuting.) Others were general HR questions - and with the hiring manager, questions specific to the job requirements.
