What interests you about working within the industry/BP (ENERGY) ? Why do you want to work in this area? Used 2 of their 5 values (one team & excellence) and asked me to tell them a time when I displayed that value. Asked about a weakness of mine and then asked how I have worked on that? Other questions asked depending on my answers.
There were many questions, such as: 1.How do you negotiate a price, what techniques you can use to obtain a better offer? (question based on a specific example they have provided)
2. If the team leader is not at work or in the meeting, what do you do? Do you wait for someone to start and see what will happen or do you take over and try to get the task done?
